TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions;

- NOTICE
All notices must be in writing and may be sent by email, mail, or courier service to the address set out on the relevant webpage.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from the Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Casino and each Player regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings.
- BINDING EFFECT
These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
- HEADINGS
The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction hereof.
- DEFINITION OF "WAGER"
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a "wager" means any bet, stake, or wager made by a Player on the outcome of a Game.
- CHANCE TO WIN
The odds of winning in any Game are set out on the relevant webpage or within the game itself. The Casino is not responsible for ensuring that Players have a fair chance to win.
- CONSENT
By registering with the Casino, each Player gives their consent to receive marketing and promotional materials from the Casino.

- COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
